Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for establishing relationships that will help increase use of CyncHealth services, consistent with the CyncHealth strategic plan and mission. The Account Manager will ensure that CyncHealth is visible and credible within the community, providing education and information to promote data sharing participation with CyncHealth and increase adoption of CyncHealth services.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain key relationships to promote CyncHealth and its services-with essential community entities such as hospitals, clinics, ACO’s, Clinically Integrated Networks (CIN), community coalitions, service providers, community-based organizations, health care providers, managed care organizations and many other organizations in the healthcare delivery ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of CyncHealth products and workflows in order to provide demonstrations to individuals and organizations.
  • Provide accurate information and referrals for those with needs aligned CyncHealth services.
  • Promote CyncHealth as a service-oriented entity focused on population health and improving health outcomes at these community engagement activities.
  • Regularly attend and represent CyncHealth at various health events, community events and speaking engagements including, but not limited to, community meetings, workshops, and fundraisers.
  • Identify needed educational programs in the community and facilitate increased knowledge of CyncHealth services to interested audiences..
  • Keep current on CyncHealth services, product offerings, state and federal policies and specific health education strategies, and participate in trainings.
  • Track and evaluate programmatic outcomes and complete regular internal and external reports.
  • Maintain accurate account profiles in CRM through diligent documentation and coaching across organization to ensure accuracy of account profiles.
  • Establish community profiles, understanding healthcare markets and the evolving health policy impacts to the community healthcare delivery.
  • Model CyncHealth’s values and Code of Conduct
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Experience/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years’ of account management experience required. Experience in conducting outreach in a healthcare delivery setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing moderately complex client needs.
  • Understanding of the U.S. health care system. Familiarity with the internal operations, functions, and structures of hospitals and health systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with desktop and mobile computing for daily business activities.
  • Proficiency with business productivity tools including CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, OneDesk) and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Extended working hours and overnight travel may be necessary.
  • Light work requiring exertion up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. 
  • Ability to work from La Vista, NE office with reliable and predictable attendance.
